Elon Musk becomes Twitter's largest shareholder with 9.2% stake
World's richest person Elon Musk has become the largest shareholder of Twitter after he disclosed that he owns a 9.2% passive stake in the platform. It's more than quadruple the 2.25% stake held by Twitter Co-founder and former CEO Jack Dorsey. Notably, Musk conducted a Twitter poll last month asking users whether Twitter adheres to the principle of free speech.
