Tesla CEO Elon Musk bought the company's shares for $10 million on February 14, filings revealed. Musk bought 13,037 shares at an average of $767 each that raised his holding in the company to 34.1 million shares or 18.5%. Tesla's share price closed at a record high of $917.42 on Wednesday.
