Elon Musk donated ₹34 crore a day for US midterm polls since July

The world's richest person, Elon Musk, has donated $355 million (around ₹34 crore a day) to Republican campaigns since July ahead of the US midterm elections, making him the largest individual political donor in modern US history. The donations were made through political action committees (PACs). According to Bloomberg, the Republican Party had raised $2.1 billion as of October 14.
