Elon Musk goes to trial over his $56 bn Tesla pay package

Elon Musk is being taken to trial over his $56 billion Tesla pay package which shareholder claims the CEO created to fund his dream of colonising Mars. The pay package allows Musk to purchase 1% of discounted Tesla stock when financial targets are met. Tesla defended the pay package saying that it delivered extraordinary 10-fold increase in value to shareholders.
