Elon Musk has decided not to join the Twitter board, says CEO Parag; shares note

Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal has said that Elon Musk, who is Twitter's biggest shareholder, won't join the company's board. Parag shared a brief note he sent to the company, wherein he wrote, "Elon's appointment to the board was to become officially effective 4/9, but Elon shared that same morning that he will no longer be joining the board."
