Elon Musk ordered slowdown of Starlink network speed in Ukraine: Report

Elon Musk ordered speed restrictions to be imposed on Starlink network used by Ukraine amid the war with Russia, Wall Street Journal reported citing sources. It added that Musk spoke to US President Donald Trump and other government officials before imposing the restrictions. Musk earlier denied involvement claiming Starlink's military-grade Starshield system is "controlled by US government".
