Elon Musk has announced the 'Terafab' project to build the world's largest chip manufacturing facility. The plant, with a planned capacity of 1 terawatt per year (1 TW/year), will be developed by Tesla, xAI and SpaceX in US' Texas. Musk called the project a step towards harnessing as much power as possible from the Sun and becoming a "galactic civilisation".
