Elon Musk wants to make solar rooftop panels for Indian homes

Tesla is actively looking for an Indian partner to manufacture its solar rooftop panels locally to tap the country's rising clean energy demand. Tesla would provide the tech know-how, while the partner would handle manufacturing and installation with help on sales. This development comes after PM Modi announced 1 crore homes will have solar rooftop panels.
