The Central Government's EMC scheme, specifically the Modified Electronics Manufacturing Clusters (EMC 2.0) scheme, is set to generate 1.8 lakh jobs and attract over ₹1.46 lakh crore in investments across 10 states. With 11 electronics manufacturing clusters approved, 123 companies have already committed major investments, thereby strengthening India's electronics manufacturing ecosystem.
