Employee claims firm 'chased' for documents during medical leave

An employee on Reddit shared that they were "chased" by their team leader to provide medical documents despite being on an approved sick leave, which was partly unpaid. "Medical documents are issued in phases...This process isn't in my control," said the employee. "I'm being contacted during leave repeatedly. The concern seems less about policy and more about control," they added.
