Employee says VP shared 'sad' post after laying off workers, calls it 'disgusting'

A social media post shows an employee claiming to have a "disgusting" experience following layoff. "I got the layoff email...For some reason, I opened LinkedIn...A VP had already posted. Sad tone. 'Had to say goodbye to amazing people'. Heart emoji," the post read. "Layoffs happen, leadership goes quiet internally, then they show up on LinkedIn to look human," it said.
