Employees' morale is almost the worst it's ever been: Meta CTO after firing 8,000 staff

Meta CTO Andrew Bosworth admitted employee morale is suffering amid layoffs, AI-driven restructuring and workplace policies, including software that tracks their keystrokes and activity on company-issued devices. He called the rollout of Meta's new AI division “atrocious”, saying it undermined workers' trust. He added employees' morale is among the worst he has seen in 20 years at the company.
