Employees burning 6.4 hours per week 'botsitting' AI: Report
A Work AI Institute survey found employees are spending an average of 6.4 hours per week "botsitting". The term, coined by the survey, refers to the time spent on feeding AI context, checking outputs, debugging mistakes and cleaning up errors. Around 69% of AI users also admitted to "botshitting", shipping AI-generated work that they haven't reviewed or don't fully understand.
