Employees can't be denied higher pension due to employer's lapse: HC

The Bombay High Court has ruled that employees cannot be denied higher pension due to lapses by employers. It directed the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) to examine available evidence and independently verify claims before rejecting them. The case involved six employees whose claims were rejected due to employers not submitting Form 6A and certain challans.
