Employees union NITES writes to govt over HCLTech's bonus policy

IT-employee union Nascent Information Technology Employees Senate (NITES) has filed a complaint with the Labour Ministry against HCLTech after the company updated its Engagement Performance Bonus (EPB) pay structure. HCLTech reverted to its pre-COVID-19 format of paying EPB as per quarterly performance instead of 100% until now. Moreover, employees on the bench will not get this component at all.
