Employees with anxiety can sue employer if WFH denied: UK tribunal

A UK tribunal ruled that employers can be sued for refusing to allow employees suffering from anxiety to work-from-home. The ruling came after a woman suffering from agoraphobia sued her former workplace for firing her after prohibiting her to work remotely two days per week. Agoraphobia is an anxiety disorder involving fear of crowded spaces and inability to leave home.
