Enact strict laws: Dhirendra Shastri on Tirupati laddu row

Bageshwar Dham's Dhirendra Shastri urged the authorities to investigate the claims of "animal fat" in the laddus served at Tirupati Temple. "We urge the state government to enact strict laws imposing the death penalty on those responsible. If animal fat, fish oil were indeed used in the prasad, it would be deeply unfortunate. This should be thoroughly investigated," Shastri said.
