End Cauvery dispute: Ex-K'taka CM Kumaraswamy to Tamil Nadu CM

Former Karnataka CM HD Kumaraswamy said that there is no instance of Karnataka betraying Tamil Nadu farmers and urged CM MK Stalin to end the Cauvery dispute.
