End oppression: G7 on China's move to change HK electoral system

The Foreign Ministers of Group of Seven (G7) countries have urged China to "end the unwarranted oppression" and honor commitments in Hong Kong after its Parliament passed a draft plan to change the city's electoral system. "Discussion of differing views, not silencing of them, is the way to secure the stability and prosperity of Hong Kong," the group said.
