Energy storage is the real EV challenge, says Bentley CEO Walliser

Frank Walliser, CEO of Bentley, said there is a reason trains run on electric motors, adding that even a diesel locomotive uses an electric motor with a generator. Electric motors are capable of powering cars, he said on the podcast. The real problem is energy storage, which is easier in a combustion car, where the drivetrain is the more complicated part.
