What began as an engineer's experiment with natural farming and value addition has grown into a zero-waste coconut enterprise in Karnataka. Madhu Kargunda quit his job with Societe Generale in 2020 and now empowers 30 farmers through sustainable livelihoods. He turns every part of the coconut into useful products, ranging from scrubbers to cold-pressed oil priced at ₹820/ litre.
