Engineering student forces class 9 boy to steal gold in Bengaluru

In a shocking case from Bengaluru’s Yeshwanthpur, an engineering student and his accomplice were arrested for allegedly forcing a Class 9 boy to steal ₹14.59 lakh worth of gold from his home in Mathikere. The school principal alerted parents after noticing suspicious behaviour. Police recovered the stolen gold and are investigating the extortion and blackmail angle.
