Engineers in India as good as US ones: Zepto CEO Aadit Palicha

Zepto CEO Aadit Palicha, in an interview with Y Combinator, said the advantage of building a startup in India is "that the talent is incredible". "We interviewed American engineers and they're exceptional, but...the guys that we have here are as good," he stated. He added that it's less competitive to get high-quality talent in India than in San Francisco.
