England captain Joe Root gets married to longtime girlfriend Carrie

England Test captain Joe Root got married to his longtime girlfriend Carrie Cotterell in Sheffield on Saturday. Joe Root arrived at the venue in a white Rolls-Royce with his father Matt and best-man, brother Billy Root, who is also a cricketer. The 27-year-old had proposed to Carrie before travelling to India for the World Twenty20 in 2016.
