England cricket board to not support Saudi-backed Grand Slam-inspired cricket league

England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) chief executive Richard Gould has said that the board won't support the proposed tennis Grand Slam-inspired global T20 league bankrolled by Saudi Arabia. "With the busy international calendar, a host of established franchise leagues around the world, and existing concerns about player workloads...there is no scope or demand for such an idea," Gould said.
