England's Moeen Ali comes out of Test retirement to play Ashes

England all-rounder Moeen Ali has come out of Test retirement to play upcoming Ashes. The 35-year-old has replaced spinner Jack Leach in the squad after the latter was ruled out of the series due to back stress fracture. Moeen had announced his Test retirement in 2021. He reversed his decision following discussions with Ben Stokes, Brendon McCullum and Rob Key.
