English club cricketer 'Clicky Ponting' loses Indian restaurant sponsorship over cheating scandal

English club cricketer Brian Devine has lost his sponsorship from Spices, a local Indian restaurant, after a viral video appeared to show him clicking fingers in slips to fake sound of an edge and fool umpires. The Saltburn CC fielder, nicknamed 'Clicky Ponting', has also been suspended by his club. North Yorkshire and South Durham League is investigating the matter.
