Ensure every woman feels safe, even at 10 pm: SC to Delhi Police on rising rape cases

Amid a series of rape cases involving women and minors in Delhi-NCR, Supreme Court said, "We must ensure every woman in NCT Delhi feels safe, whether walking at 10 PM or travelling by metro or road." Public spaces such as parks, roads and buses couldn't be allowed to become “zones of high risk”, the SC told Centre and Delhi Police.
