Ensure justice is delivered at the earliest: Ex-Manipur CM Biren on musician's death after assault

Former Manipur CM Biren Singh said he was "deeply saddened" by the passing of musician C Vikram Singh, who died after allegedly being assaulted in Delhi following a dispute over noise outside his residence. "I urge the Delhi Police to take swift and appropriate action, thoroughly investigate the matter, and ensure that justice is delivered at the earliest," he stated.
