Ensure water, food to Sabarimala pilgrims: Kerala HC

The Kerala High Court on Monday issued directions to the Travancore Devaswom Board to provide water, snacks, and other facilities at “Edathavalams” to Sabarimala pilgrims. Court noted news reports claiming that devotees were stuck on the roads to Sabarimala for over 12 hours without food or water. It also ordered to limit spot bookings once the Virtual-Q booking reaches 80,000.
