Entrepreneur shares pic of empty office at 10:15 am, blames Bengaluru traffic

A Bengaluru-based entrepreneur shared a picture showing his office being empty at 10:15 am and blamed Bengaluru's traffic issues for destroying staff's ability to do good work. "How do we expect to do good work if we don't show up? The problem is not the people. But the effort it takes to show up in the office," he wrote.
