Entry doors of luxury houses worth ₹27 crore each demolished in Mumbai, residents reach court

The foyer areas in Rustomjee Crown society's luxury apartments in Mumbai have been demolished by BMC for allegedly encroaching upon public spaces. The civic body has served notices to 186 of 372 apartments and has demolished eight entry doors of five-bedroom flats, worth ₹27.27 crore each. Residents have now reached High Court, claiming the builder presented them as "exclusive spaces".
