Entry of outsiders banned in UP's Sambhal as violence over mosque survey kills 3

The district administration in Sambhal, UP, has banned the entry of outsiders into the area after protests against a court-ordered survey of a Mughal-era mosque turned violent killing at least three people. The order said social organisations or public representatives are also prohibited from entering. Twenty-one people including two women have been detained and a probe was launched.
