Envied Stokes for getting chance to work with coach McCullum: Root

After being appointed England's interim captain for Test against New Zealand, Joe Root said, "In a good way, I was slightly envious of Ben Stokes having that opportunity to work with...coach Brendon McCullum." He added, "It's been really cool...never had more fun and got more out of a group of coaches than this one." Stokes was dropped following nightclub incident.
