EPFO to soon automate final PF withdrawal claim settlements

Employees' Provident Fund Organisation will soon automate the process for settling final provident fund (PF) withdrawal claims, helping speed up transfers to bank accounts. Currently, partial withdrawal claims of up to ₹5 lakh are processed through the auto mode within three days of filing. EPFO also plans to introduce auto-settlement and auto-transfer of PF accounts when members switch employers.
