Epstein set up secret trust days before death, victims excluded

New DOJ files show Jeffrey Epstein set up the secret “1953 Trust” days before his 2019 death, directing much of his then $600M estate to girlfriend Karyna Shuliak, lawyers, and associates. Victims were excluded but later compensated through lawsuits. Settlements and legal costs have since cut the estate to about $120M.
