Equatorial Guinea official arrested for 400 obscene videos with women including Prez's sister

The chief of National Financial Investigation Agency in Equatorial Guinea, Baltasar Engonga, has been arrested for 400 obscene videos with women including President's sister, wives of ministers and top officials. Engonga, who is married and has six children, filmed the videos across various locations, including his office, hotels, and toilets.
