E-rickshaw topples due to pothole in UP while officials' convoy passes by; video surfaces

An e-rickshaw toppled and fell on a puddle-filled street in Uttar Pradesh's Sitapur district while a convoy of UP officials was passing by. The video of the incident went viral on social media. The accident comes days after Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath directed officials to run a massive campaign for "pothole-free roads" in the state by November 15.
