Eris Life to acquire Dr Reddy's 9 dermatology brands for ₹275 cr

Eris Lifesciences Limited announced the acquisition of nine trademarks from Dr Reddy's Laboratories' dermatology portfolio for ₹275 crore. Only a part of Dr Reddy's dermatology portfolio is being acquired through this transaction. The deal is expected to be completed by March 31, it said. Shares of both Dr Reddy's and Eris Lifesciences closed lower on the BSE on Thursday.
