Error by salesman leads to death of woman in Madhya Pradesh

A simple request for pain relief turned deadly when a Jhabua woman, Rekha, was mistakenly given a sulphas tablet instead of a painkiller. The pesticide led to her untimely death. The local pharmacist has been arrested, and an investigation is underway to determine how such a grave error occurred at a licensed medical outlet.
