Ethiopian rights commission to investigate 'mass killings' in Tigray

Ethiopia's human rights commission has said it would investigate reports of mass killings of civilians in the northern region of Tigray. The commission added that it was aware of reports of "ethnic profiling" being undertaken in Tigray. This comes after Amnesty International said scores of civilians were killed in a "massacre" on November 9 in a town in Tigray.
