EU Council Prez shows his Overseas Citizen of India card, says 'Proud of my Goa roots'

António Luís Santos da Costa, President of the European Council, showed his Overseas Citizen of India card during the FTA signing between India and EU. "For me, it has a special meaning. I'm very proud of my roots in Goa, where my father's family came from," said Costa, adding, "The connection between Europe and India is something personal to me."
