EU court rejects Apple's appeal against digital competition rules

An EU court on Wednesday rejected Apple's challenge against digital competition rules that designated its App Store and iOS as gatekeepers. The Digital Markets Act lists out dos and don'ts for tech firms, with a threat of fines of as much as 10% of a company's annual revenue. Apple challenged the designation of its five App Stores as one platform.
