EU plans to sanction India, China firms over Russia links: Reports

European Union has reportedly proposed to sanction 21 companies, including one Indian firm and three Chinese entities, for "contributing to Russia's military and technological enhancement". If approved, it'd be the first time Chinese and Indian businesses would be under EU sanctions since Russia invaded Ukraine. The sanctions would ban European firms from dealing with the listed firms.
