EU to introduce sanctions against Indian companies months after 'mother of all deals'

European Union has announced its 21st sanctions package against Russia which will impact Indian firms for doing business with Russian military. Kaja Kallas, European Commission Vice President, said the bloc will introduce export control measures on 50 companies across India, China, Turkiye, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and UAE. This comes months after EU agreed to "mother of all deals" with India.
