European Union systematically raping law: Hungarian PM

Hungarian PM Viktor Orban accused EU officials of "systematically raping European law" for proposing to bypass member-state vetoes and indefinitely freeze Russian assets using Article 122. The plan would allow decisions by majority vote and channel profits to Ukraine. Orban warned this move ends unanimity, calling it "Brusselian dictatorship", and vowed Hungary would fight to restore lawful order.
