Even 26/11 terrorist Kasab got fair trial in India: Supreme Court in Yasin Malik case

Hearing CBI's challenge to a Jammu court order asking Kashmiri separatist leader Yasin Malik to appear in person, the Supreme Court said, "In our country, a fair trial was given even to (26/11 attacks terrorist) Ajmal Kasab." Meanwhile, the top court agreed that a court can be set up in Delhi's Tihar jail for Yasin's hearing.
