Even I don't know what happened: Rashid Khan on being removed as Afghanistan captain

Afghanistan spinner Rashid Khan, speaking about his removal as T20I captain following the team's group stage exit from T20 World Cup 2026, said he wasn't consulted by Afghanistan Cricket Board before the decision was made public. "Even I don't know what exactly happened at that time. I came to know [about captaincy change] when the board announced it," he noted.
