Even now Dalit isn't allowed to ride horse: Chirag on caste census

Talking about caste census which will be part of national census, LJP (Ram Vilas) chief Chirag Paswan said he supports caste census because the society is still divided on caste. "Even today a Dalit is not allowed to ride a horse because of their caste," he stated. Paswan added that caste census will assist in fair representation in every sector.
