Even prisoner gets chicken biryani: TN minister on CM's breakfast scheme for school kids

Tamil Nadu CM Vijay is set to launch the expansion of the state's Perunthalaivar Kamarajar Breakfast Scheme for students on September 22. Under the scheme, chicken biryani could be among the new menu options considered. School Education Minister A Rajmohan said, "Even a prisoner in a jail gets to eat chicken biryani...Why shouldn't children...be able to eat chicken biryani?"
